During Thanksgiving I had a server go down which I did not know about until the day after Thanksgiving as we were closed. My regular IT person was out of town; his staff was available however not able to remote in. I was referred to another IT team in CA, they also could not remote in so I did what everyone does, hit the web looking for someone who could solve this. Short version is that I was able to meet with Kevin on Saturday mid-day, get my server back Saturday evening and go back to work. Pricing was good, service was good, communication was good. Did not sell me a bunch of parts, service plans or other stuff a business does not need. A+ rating.

Fantastic and extremely prompt customer service! The parts for my cracked laptop screen arrived very quickly, and my screen was repaired in less than an hour! Very pleased and will definitely use their services again in the future!

Kevin was straight forward and prompt with his work. He fixed my problem quickly and kept me appraised of the process the whole way. There were no surprises. I definitely recommend PleaseJustFixIt.

They are reasonable but mainly because they are friendly and take to customers need on fixing their electronics. Please just fix it is the best place and recommend them to all

Wonderful service!! I would definitely come again if I ever need more help with my laptop. Kevin was very kind and helped me with my laptop just in time before classes started. 10/10 would recommend!
